We are creating a Free-zone company which will allow influencers to invoice their services (marketing, brand placement) or receive the proceeds of their sales (commission, intermediation).
We also support the influencer for the opening of a professional bank account.
We can also intervene for the drafting and validation of commercial contracts.
We take care of the accounts and, where applicable, the annual audit of accounts and VAT declarations (if applicable).
Living in Dubai
The creation of a Free-zone company will make it possible to obtain a residence visa, an EmiratesID (identity card of the Emirates) and a local driving license.
We also support the influencer for the opening of a personal bank account.
We also advise on the choice of health, accommodation and car insurance.
If necessary, we can also put in touch with a real estate agent to find a property in Dubai.
Long Term Investment
Influencers are often young and their future earnings sometimes do not offer long-term visibility.
We train them to constitute financial investments over which they have total control (no intermediary). Investments are simple and liquid. For this, we are applying the recommendations of John C. Bogle (founder of The Vanguard Group, ranked second management company in terms of assets under management, and considered to be the father of index funds).
A securities account with a recognized brokerage firm (Interactive Broker, Saxo Bank, Internaxx, SwissQuote) will be opened in the name of the influencer (again no intermediary). The portfolio will consist of liquid securities (called ETFs) listed in Ireland (taxation optimized for residents of the Emirates). The securities to be selected and their distribution (stocks / bonds) will be explained so that the influencer decides for himself by understanding his investments.
This is by no means speculation, the basic philosophy of John C. Bogle is that in the long run it is impossible to beat the market. The only way to make money grow over the long term is to follow a “Buy and Hold” strategy.
This approach seems relevant to young influencers who are looking for a reliable long-term investment without having a background in finance.
