How will my will be registered?
The first step is to meet us in our Dubai office to study your situation (resident, non-resident, married or single, with or without children, etc.), your assets and your wishes in the event of death.
Then your will will be drawn up in English according to your wishes by our lawyer registered with the DIFC, in compliance with your national law.
You will then be accompanied to the DIFC for its registration.
Who will take care of my file?
A lawyer from our firm will handle your file. It is registered with the DIFC.

How long will it take to write a will?
The timeline will depend on your financial situation (movable assets, real estate, etc.), family situation (minors or not) and your wishes regarding the drafting of the will. It usually takes a week to finalize a will following an appointment with the client.
