In case of late renewal of your annual license, the penalties for late renewal are as follows (from the anniversary date of your company’s registration):
– Less than 1 month: AED 4000 (are due from the first day of delay!)
– From 1 month: AED 4000 + AED 2000 per month of delay from 1 month of delay
Attention: after 3 months of delay, the Registries can dissolve the company. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to recover it by paying the penalties.
