Can I open a bank account for the company outside Dubai?

This is quite possible but, for your information, two problems may arise:
– The loss of bank secrecy which is guaranteed in the Emirates and which may no longer be guaranteed in another jurisdiction.
– The credibility of your company which will have a bank account in another country than the location of the company’s headquarters, which may pose some problems of credibility of your invoices and therefore have an impact on the legal and tax level for your customers / suppliers. However, this is not a problem for an investment account that will be credited/debited by your account in the UAE (e.g. for an investment account in Switzerland and not for a business current account).
