la Sharia pr\u00e9voit des dispositions sp\u00e9cifiques en la mati\u00e8re (telle que la limitation des droits du conjoint survivant, le calcul des parts attribu\u00e9s aux enfants selon leur sexe etc).<\/p>\n<p>Les ressortissants \u00e9trangers peuvent cependant demander express\u00e9ment par voie testamentaire l\u2019application de leur loi nationale. Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Pr\u00e9sident du DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un registre sp\u00e9cifique des testaments pour les non-musulmans sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du DIFC : DIFC Will &amp; Probate Registry.
